Transform Your Relationships ~ Awaken Your Power

Transform Your Relationships ~ Awaken Your Power

Path to Self-Empowerment

 Self-Empowerment Through Intuition & Connection

True empowerment begins within.

Life tends to chip away at our full sense of self. This leaves us feeling increasingly adrift, empty and unfulfilled. Even when we are outwardly successful, these feelings can sometimes overwhelm us. We need a way to repair this. Having a solid sense of self and confidence in who we are and what we are capable of is essential to our success.

  • How do you measure your success?
  • Do others see you as successful, but you still do not FEEL successful?

This is a direct result of our wholeness being impacted by our experiences.
It is a sign of our separation from Spirit or source, separation from our core.
Our natural state is one of JOY and PEACE.
It is time to come back to the state of JOY and PEACE as our undercurrent - the foundation of our being.

Time to Clear the Clutter

Spring Cleaning

Now is a time to go through our houses [inner and outer] and get rid of clutter. Now more than ever we need to release that which no longer serves us or it will drag us down, painfully. Tensions are running high and it’s not the best time to engage in pointless combat. Is it ever a good time to waste our precious time on these things? Choose your battles and your concerns.

Things are being brought to our attention now so that we can proactively go through this process. It is time to acknowledge both how far we’ve come and what is still in need of attention:

-Where are we still wounded?
- What are we grasping on to that no longer serves a purpose?
-Who are we holding back and who is holding us back from something greater because of long ago promises that are no longer relevant?
-Where do we have a foot, or other piece of ourselves, stuck in the past?
-What ideas, dreams, relationships and projects do we need to let go of?

Now is the time to be preemptive about our energy fields. We need to fortify ourselves with our intention. Be clear and focus on the energy that supports you; Doing the opposite will drag you down quickly. As long as we are aware of this energetic pull we can hold ourselves above the fray and note the difficulties of others without participating ourselves. When we feel ourselves falling we can change direction if we remain AWARE.

Do not be fooled.
Do not be complacent.
Change is happening at an accelerated rate right now. Our free will allows us to do this the hard way or the less difficult way. I wouldn‘t say easy because we are so reluctant to let go
Follow your bliss: What makes you happy? What brings you joy?
These are the markers of the soul, all else needs to be let go or modified.

What is stopping you from getting the help you need?

We all need a helping hand at some point, yet for various reasons we fail to ask for help or accept help when it is offered.
You may fear the vulnerability of asking for help or not trust that it will be there when you’re counting on it.  If lacking trust is your issue, then you need to start small.  Ask for things you know you can handle on your own but allow others to give you the gift of helping you.  You can slowly allow yourself to let others become more important your life.  Be honest about what you see and trust the trustworthy.  Be realistic about what you are asking of someone else.  Do not ask for things you know they cannot help you with just to prove to yourself that no one is trustworthy.
You may carry the belief that you are undeserving; that you’re meant to do everything on your own.  You may fear judgment, to be viewed as weak.  In either case, your lack of self-worth needs to be addressed. There are many ways to do this, but this post would be too long for me to describe them. Two solutions would be either engaging in a SelfEmpowerment Course [like the one I will be hosting beginning on Dec 8, 2014] or seeking help from an individual like Syd Vitale [check out his info on this blog]
Or you may have a martyr complex; preying on others’ good natures to get attention and singing ‘O woe is me’ regardless of the situation. If this is you, some thought needs to be given as to why you feel you need to be constantly the focus of attention.
Be honest with yourself to discern what the issue really is.

I am here to tell you that it takes far more courage to ask for and accept the help of others than it does to try and do everything on your own.  There’s nothing to prove and no one to prove it to, except your self.
When we allow others into our lives and allow them to help us become more successful we give them a gift as well as accepting gifts from them.  It feels good to help others, do not deny others that same feeling. As human beings we seek community. Be a part of that community and thrive.
Blessings!
